Terms and Conditions:

• Children under 12 years sharing room with parents (no extra bed) free of charge.
• Surcharge per night will be applicable as follows:
  • RM 30.00 for a baby cot
  • RM 52.00 for a extra bed
  • RM 88.00 for meals on a full board stay for children
    aged 3 - 11 years sharing room with parents.
• Meals not consumed are not transferable or refundable.
• Special Group Rates are available upon request for a minimum of 10 (ten)
  paying guests. Such rates will be applicable to all categories of rooms.
• Rooms are guaranteed upon receipt of full payment.
• Payments made are not refundable.
• Day use and extended check-out rates are available upon request.
• The following credit cards are accepted:
  VISA and MASTER CARD.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Visits or tours and some activities of the Resort are subject to
  change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Our price is inclusive of return trip from Kapit to the Resort.
• All prices are subject to 5% Government Tax & 10% service charge.
• Payments are to be made to Regency International Hotel (Sarawak)
  Sdn. Bhd., Account No: 5-14262-519440-0 maintained with Maybank Berhad, Complex Wilayah, Jalan Dang Wangi, Kuala Lumpur.
• Cancellation Charges amounting to 50% of total charges will be levied for any written notice of cancellation received and acknowledged by the Resort within 7 days of the scheduled arrival, and 100% of total charges for such notification received and acknowledged within 3 days of the scheduled arrival.
